Shuzhen Kuang, Ph.D.
Bioinformatics Fellow
My work in the Pollard lab focuses on developing machine learning models to understand the dynamic change of 3D genome organization across cell types and disease states, and to investigate the effects of non-coding variants on 3D genome folding in human disease. Prior to joining the Pollard lab, I completed a PhD in Biological Sciences with a specialization in Bioinformatics at Clemson University.
