Sean Whalen, Ph.D.
Research Scientist
I’m a research scientist applying machine learning to diverse projects involving gene regulation, functional genomics, and three-dimensional genome organization. I received my PhD in computer science from UC Davis, followed by postdoctoral fellowships at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Columbia University, and Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
