I am a postdoctoral scholar at the Gladstone Institute at UCSF in Dr. Katie Pollard’s lab studying evolution in the human gut microbiome. I completed my Ph.D. in Dr. Dmitri Petrov’s lab at Stanford University, where I developed a new statistical method to detect hard and soft selective sweeps from Drosophila population genomic data.
