Luis Fernando Chumpitaz Diaz
I am undergraduate student of SF State under an NIH funded fellowship currently as part of the Pollard Lab. I’m working with transcription factor binding datasets to find TF binding affinities. I am interested in machine learning usage in this field of study and I plan to pursue a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics after my training.
